I have a Substack newsletter where I write about everything I’m doing, my attempts to build businesses as a solopreneur, making videos for YouTube channel, my BJJ training and coaching, my previous experiences in life, business and martial arts, and what my dreams and ambitions are for the future. I’m an open book and have lead a pretty unconventional life so far. Maybe my ramblings make for interesting reading for some. It's completely free to subscribe and you can find loads of great writers on Substack if the platform is new to you, some of whom even write about Jiu Jitsu.

On my YouTube channel you'll find videos on BJJ as well as vlog videos of me trying to convert my bus, and eventually it's where you'll find The Grapple Travel Show, a travel show for grapplers! I will take my bus around the gyms of Europe and show you how much fun it is to drop in and train in other gyms when you're on holiday or travelling.

BJJ Merch is my Red Bubble print on demand store where I upload some of my sticker designs and you can then buy a range of clothing and other items with those designs.
I'm on Facebook with a personal account and have a BJJ Nolej page too, but I don't really like using the platform so I don't do too much on there but I will always read and respond to comments and messages and I do post on both my personal and BJJ Nolej pages from time to time.

Epidemic Sound is where I find all my music and sound effects for my videos and I always easily find what I need within minutes. I can’t recommend them enough and there’s a free month’s trial available plus a monthly subscription is only $15 anyway. Their database is growing all the time and it’s just a very easy site to use.
