These Notebooks are Custom made for BJJ

• Cover made from recycled plastic, so it won't get all manky when lying in your kit bag next to your sweaty gi
• Spiral bound, so it lies flat when you're writing and doesn't need to be kept open with your sweaty taped fingers
• 200 sheets, alternating lined and blank pages, so you can write notes on one side and also draw cool pics, diagrams, stick people, flow charts, or stick stickers on the other side
• Date prompt on each page, because you should date your notes but it's easy to forget
• Pocket inside for loose notes and/or stickers
• Each notebook will include a leaflet of note taking ideas and some free stickers
• Limited edition colours, currently available is 2023 collection in either Green or Orange
